Sandra Carroll is the owner, creator and chief organizer for Creative Changes. Sandra's background in office administration, and then retail management and merchandizing has given her over twenty years of problem solving, space planning and office systems experience. Sandra has also been a self-employed entrepreneur for ten years .

Living and cruising on a 30 foot sailboat for four years also gave Sandra unique training in space efficiency and organization. She has a reputation for her intuitive vision and for developing solutions and strategies to create more productive and harmonious living and working spaces. She brings a passion for helping others and the energy of someone who loves her work to each new project .
